Reservation Information

Coming Soon – NEW Reservation System!

How To Book a Program Reservation Now

We’re excited to announce that in the coming weeks we will have a new online reservation system in place. Please be on the lookout for instructions coming soon on how to create a user profile, log in and make reservations for summer programs. Stay tuned for more information on the new system in the upcoming weeks.

For now, if you’d like to make a reservation for any of our summer programs:

  1. If you haven’t already done so, please fill out a client profile here.
  2. Then, email the program coordinator in the location where you’d like to explore. Your email might look something like this:

“Hi Sarah! I’d like to do some kayaking in June. These are the dates I’m looking for: June XX and YY. Do you have availability? Please let me know what you need from me.”

Please give as much detail as you can in your email so the program coordinator can determine availability for you. Reservations are required and must be made 14-days in advance. This includes individual and group reservations. Thanks.

Vermont Adaptive Kayaking

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required and must be made 14-days in advance. This includes individual and group reservations. Vermont Adaptive needs 24-hour notice on cancellations.  Emergencies, weather, health concerns, and other unusual circumstances will be handled at the discretion of the Program Coordinator and are usually but not alway exceptions to the policy.

Failure  to cancel with 24-hours’ notice may result in you or your athlete being charged up to 50% of the agreed program fee at the Program Coordinators discretion.  Repeated failures may result in loss of scholarship support and denial of reservation requests. No-call/No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the agreed program fee and risk being ineligible for future programs.

Vermont Adaptive will notify you with at least 48-hours notice if it needs to change or cancel your lesson due to staffing or other issues.  Weather, windholds, and emergencies are similarly beyond Vermont Adaptive’s control.
