USABA Third Annual Winter Ski Festival at Pico - The United States Association of Blind Athletes (USABA) is proud to announce their Third Annual Winter Ski Festival will be held in Killington, Vt., Friday, Jan. 15 through Monday Jan. 18 at Pico Mountain. Athletes with visual impairment will be given the opportunity to learn to ski or learn to race in the sports of alpine and Nordic skiing, while spending a weekend in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Bolton Valley Ski-A-Thon - To support and raise money for programming at its northern location, Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, the only organization of its kind in the state to offer daily programming year round to individuals with disabilities, will host its second annual Vermont Adaptive Ski-A-Thon Fundraiser on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at Bolton Valley Resort.
